Tina Mathias Narayan, MD, is a Pediatric Neurologist with special expertise in Cognitive Neurology. Dr. Narayan has been in active clinical practice for 40 years, working closely with children across 40,000 families to manage cognitive and behavioral issues related to ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. 

Dr. Tina is board certified in Pediatrics and Adult & Child Neurology. Dr. Narayan attended medical school at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, India. She completed residency training in General Pediatrics at The Medical College of Virginia and went on to do specialty training with a fellowship in Pediatric Neurology at The George Washington University and Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C.

She has served on the faculty at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Temple University in Philadelphia, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital. For the past 15 years she has worked in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Long Island, New York, and holds an academic faculty position at the Zucker School of Medicine. 

Dr. Tina has worked with and helped thousands of families in their journeys through childhood and adolescence into their adult years. DR. Tina is dedicated to providing safe effective comprehensive and effective solutions to address  everyday issues and challenges that affect especially our ADHD and neurospicy families.

Dr. Tina has 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Her husband of 45 years, Dr. Raj Narayan, is a neurosurgeon who has served as Professor and Chairman of several major Neurosurgical Departments across the United States.
