1. Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days for items, opened or unopened. To be eligible, the items must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including gift cards.
2. Refunds
Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, Dr. Tina will not pay the return shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@doctortinamd.com
4. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Return Shipping
